development of satellite cities, which comprise of acquisition and

company business development, we need young professionals for these
following positions:
Research & Product Development Officer – (CDCUI-RPD)
- Contribute on planning (feasibility study) and development process in new project.
- Having good analytical thinking, communication, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor of Architecture min. GPA 2.75 (Bachelor) and 3.00 (Master) out of 4.00.
- Min. 1 year experience, preferable in property, landed house.
- Placement in Bintaro Jaya - Tangerang Selatan
Senior Architect – (CDCUI – OP)
- Architect for housing / high raise building / office.
- Masterplan building (design type of housing, support facilities, other specialized building as part of the development as well as advise the maintenance planning (IPR))
- Producing quality plans and rendering under tight deadline.
- Having good communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor or Master in Architect. Min GPA 2.75 (S1) and 3.00 (S2) out of 4.00.
- Having 2 years experience in property/design, build consultant, high rise building would be advantage.
- Placement in Bintaro Jaya - Tangerang Selatan
Sales Manager - ( CDCUI - SM )
- Responsible for making strategic planning and achieving sales target.
- Deliver and analyze sales report.
- Having good communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
- Bachelor of Architecture/Civil Engineering, and Master in Finance or Marketing, min. GPA 2.75 (Bachelor) and 3.00 (Master) out of 4.00.
- Having 1 - 3 years experiences in property retail industry or related position
- Placement in Bintaro Jaya – Tangerang Selatan
Civil Asst. Manager – (CDCUI – CAM)
- Managing all resources; manpower, materials and contractors to ensure scheduled completion.
- Having understanding of Project Management
- Having good leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor/Master Degree of Civil Engineering min. GPA 2.75 (Bachelor) and 3.00 (Master) out of 4.00
- Having min. 1 year experience in property retail industry or related position
- Placement in Bintaro Jaya – Tangerang Selatan.
Civil Supervisor – (CDCUI-CSP)
- Ensure quality, time and quantity as assigned in project
- Monitoring all resources; manpower, materials and contractors to ensure scheduled completion.
- Having good leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Diploma of Civil Engineering with min. 2 years experiences /Bachelor of Civil Engineering, min. GPA 2.75 (Bachelor) out of 4.00.
- Placement in Bintaro Jaya – Tangerang Selatan.
